We currently only provide refunds for defective items, and exchanges for incorrect items mailed.
BBYDOLL checks every piece of apparel before mailing them out, and we apologise if an incorrect item was mailed to you. Please contact us at email@example.com to notify us of the situation within 5 working days upon shipment of the item.
BBYDOLL recommends customers to return the parcel using any mailing option that provides a tracking number. Customers will be required to top up the delivery charges for mailing back of the parcel. In the event that the customer decides to return via Normal Mail, BBYDOLL will not be held responsible for lost mail. If the item is deemed defective by us, the delivery charges incurred will be refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original conditions with the original packaging, clothing label, and clothing tag.
Returned apparels are accepted within 10 days from date of shipment.
Please note that after this duration has expired, we will not accept the return of any/the item.
For printed items, do allow for slight variance as every individual piece may appear differently due to fabric placement. Thus, requests for exchange/return due to such reasons will be rejected.
Minor flaws such as loose threads, scratches, or slight stains which are unobvious under normal lighting, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment of seams and 'defects' that do not affect the general outlook of the apparels will not be considered as defects, and hence, are not eligible for exchange/refund.
Colours shown on screen may have a slight variance on different screens as different tech devices have different specifications and resolution. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences. This applies especially for brighter hues.
Requests for exchange/ return due to such reason will be rejected.
Fabric materials are best described to our knowledge. Unless the description of the fabric differs a lot, a full cash refund will not be acknowledged.
For customers who were overseas during the first 14 days upon receiving your defected parcel, please produce the necessary documents so that we can process your case. (E.g Passport Number & Scan copy of your passport with Custom Stamps)
Refunds will only be provided for defective items.
All products are inspected upon return. Articles not meeting the above conditions will be rejected.
In the event that the product returned is not faulty, or is damaged due to postage transit/handling by customers, we may at our discretion decide not to refund for the product. We will then require the customer to bear the shipping fee for re-delivery via local courier. The customer has to bear the full responsibility for all shipping charges incurred to facilitate the return.
Parcels not collected after 7 days from date of notification from us will be disposed of without prior notice. Strictly no refunds will be made for such cases.
BBYDOLL reserves the right to make amendments to any of the above Terms & Conditions. In the event of any dispute, BBYDOLL reserves the right of final decision.
